This quote signifies the power within each of us to make a difference in our own and others' lives. Reiki is an art and a science, which is based on such a belief. A belief that a unique potential for personal growth and fulfillment resides within each of us. By being able to access intuitive processes, we are able to creatively resolve conflicts, pain and limitations in our lives.

When we align ourselves to that part of our intuitive self, our daily existence acquires a heightened sense of understanding and meaning. In the process, we gain a creative wisdom in consciously making life's choices and decisions. Exploring the mysterious becomes an enlightening, an awakening of new perspectives and dimensions.

I would like to thank my husband, Jim Wilfong, for being so supportive and helping make this website happen.

I would also like to thank my teachers Anita Anglin who taught me in the non-traditional Reiki method. Anita is a powerful healer and continues to mentor me.

Steve Long (click on Steve's name to go to his web site)has taught me in the Usui Shiki Ryoho Traditional Reiki method. Steve is also a powerful healer very thorough in his teachings for which I am very grateful. He has continued to provide me support throughout my training and beyond.
